ABA | 22 and 23 June 2025 | The Langham | London
The 4th Antitrust Global Private Litigation Conference will feature a global lineup of private plaintiff and defense litigators, jurists, government enforcers, and others who will share their insights into the latest challenges and opportunities in private litigation and class actions.
The American Bar Association looks forward to having you join them in London in June 2025 for the latest edition of the Antitrust Global Private Litigation Conference. This conference will focus on the key role private litigation – as the fourth leg of the antitrust enforcement stool -provides in uncertain times.
Featuring speakers from business, the private sector, government, and the judiciary, we will discuss the changing global dynamic for private enforcement. We will reflect on the last decade and how the EU Damages directive has changed private litigation; examine emerging venues from member-states in Europe to Asia, and their varied approaches; we will hear from the Americas and recent monumental successes by private litigants against some of the world’s largest tech companies.
The conference will kick off with the boat ride on Sunday evening, which has become a staple of these conferences. This time, it will be on the historic Thames, providing a perfect backdrop to our global information and idea exchange.
We cannot wait to see you at the delightful Langham Hotel in London.
